Time to encourage Indianised monikers like TecHalli

TecHalli is a nice moniker for Bengaluru. There is no point in continuing a foreign one like Silicon Valley of India when we can have our own one.

As Halli means village in Kannada, TecHalli may not reflect the stature of Bengaluru in the beginning. But it will eventually turn into a good alternative to Silicon Valley of India as Bengaluru is being called now.

It's a good initiative started by Anand Mahindra. I always support such initiatives which encourage the use of Indianised names and monikers that reflect our culture and way of life
